We finished last week's Look of the Day run on a sour note thanks to Pascal Siakam missing his points + rebounds prop by 0.5. The NFL was generous enough to schedule two "Monday Night Football" matchups to start the new week, so let's target our favorite prop play on the gridiron.
This play is all dependent on game script. The Tennessee Titans want to run the offense through Derrick Henry, but they can't afford to be patient and pound the rock when they fall behind early in games.
Henry has gone over this rushing number five times over Tennessee's last seven games, but it took him at least 17 carries to get there in four of those five. In all five of those games, the Titans were either in control or within one possession for most of the 60 minutes.
If the game gets away from them early, the Titans bail on the run and let Will Levis air it out. In Week 11, Henry managed just 38 rushing yards on 10 carries against the Jacksonville Jaguars because Tennessee was down by double digits since the second quarter. A week earlier, he rushed 11 times for only 24 yards against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers because of a similar game flow.
The Miami Dolphins are 14-point favorites on "Monday Night Football," and they have a knack for jumping on teams early and building big leads at home. The Titans will likely find themselves playing from behind all night, which will force them to ditch the running game earlier than they would like. Miami also ranks sixth in the NFL in rushing yards allowed per attempt.
