Steven Kwan Remains Historic At Getting On Base

While the world focuses on Adley Rutschman and Julio Rodriguez, Kwan is quietly putting together a very strong case to earn the Rookie of the Year Award.

He certainly deserves consideration.

Before the voters hand it off to Rutschman or Rodriguez, they need to take a hard look at what Kwan has been able to do this season.

He made the team out of spring training and ran with his opportunity to show the city of Cleveland and the baseball world what he’s made of.

It’s clear that he’s more than capable of putting on a show.

He may be the underdog in the race for the award, but he really shouldn’t be.

He’s been with the big-league club all season and has not slowed down since his historically hot start to the year.

We’ll see if the voters ultimately see what we see and give Kwan some consideration.
